Shipping Policy

Delivery Overview

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 16:00 GMT are handled on the same business day.
  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 days (Monday to Friday).
  • Shipping Transit: After dispatch, delivery transit takes 4–6 days (Monday to Friday).
  • Estimated Delivery Timeframe: Orders are delivered within 5–9 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Order Confirmation and Tracking: A confirmation email is sent after the order is placed. Once shipped, an additional email is provided with tracking details.
  • Shipping Costs: Free Shipping on all orders in the United Kingdom

Order Cancellation
Requests to cancel an order should be submitted as soon as possible by emailing support@navelique.com. Cancellations are only possible if the order has not entered the processing stage. If the order has already been delivered and is no longer required, a return request can be made in accordance with the Return and Refund Policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an order is received in a damaged condition or contains incorrect items, notification should be sent to support@navelique.com and include the following information:

  • The order reference number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear images of the product and its packaging

Following assessment, either a replacement or a full refund will be provided.

Potential Delivery Delays
Delivery schedules may be impacted by factors outside of operational control, including:

  • High order volumes or public holidays
  • Severe weather conditions or natural events
  • Courier disruptions or operational delays

If a Delivery Is Delayed

  • Please allow up to three additional business days beyond the estimated delivery period.
